A lively family oasis

The spacious apartment was clean.

The late-night check-in was a bit stressful when the reception staff wasn't as cute as we hoped. It left a sour first impression amidst an enjoyable stay.

Very safe for families to stay at and lots for kids to do.

The pool access was a nightmare with no security on-site. People were reserving sunbeds from early morning, leaving many without a place to sit. Breakfast was subpar, and the coffee was awful. Our last night was disrupted by loud karaoke. The hotel failed to manage the noise issue properly, ruining our experience.

The breakfast is very very good with champagne, Fruit, the various meals, had everything you could imagine. Huge and tidy rooms are accompanied by fantastic service.

Cleanliness of apartment and outdoor pool; friendliness of some staff (notably Fatima and the lady in the mini market) handiness of the mini market (and the fresh rolls in the morning).

The awful noise from the basement club which went on until after midnight on several nights; having to pay to play on the 7 (unkempt) holes of crazy golf; having to pay to play table tennis; the dirtiness of the indoor pool's water; the behaviour of some youths who seem to live there.

The pool wasn't heated , which was a bit disappointing. but the restaurant food was great , especially the breakfast options. staff were friendly and helpful. large indoor pool was also nice to use.

the location is great between alvor and praia da rocha and both pools are excellent

not happy that the kids clubs are gone - new system is not good, play ground is in very poor condition also

The pool area was excellent, and we appreciated the attentive and friendly pool attendant, Philleppe, who was always ready with local tips.

The breakfast options were quite limited and repetitive , a disappointment for our family, especially for the kids who didn't enjoy the selections.

The apartment was HUGE! 😍 We loved having two balconies with stunning views and the indoor pool was a hit with the kids. A bit of a walk for meals, though.

The hotel is kept very well inside and out, with ample parking.The rooms are very well equipt if one wishes to selfcater. friendly staff

unfortunately the hotel is not central, which always means a car journey if you have smaller children as the walk is too long in the heat

The hotel rooms are large and clean.the pool and the grounds are very well looked after and plenty of families there.It was our third time there in last 5 years

Well the staff were not as friendly as they usualy are.The wait to get served at pool snack bar was terrible not enough staff.The bar in the evening also poor service.And as for entertainment terrible.Had to take a taxi at night to alvor for entertainment.
